Header level 1 in a Section Element

Default font-size for h1 is like h2 if it's inside a section. This is by design, but it is rather not useful and confusing.

The Min-Height of the body Element should fill the Viewport

Body (with the green border) should fill the hole Viewport (min-height:100%) and a placeholder for the scrollbar should be there. To test it you can click on this Text
